LEASING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT Dwelling at New Braunfels
New Braunfels, TX

Your Role at YES:
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in leasing properties and providing exceptional customer service to prospective and existing residents in your community. You will join a high-performing team that values success and prioritizes delivering top-notch service to potential home renters. As a Leasing and Customer Service Agent, you will act as the liaison between YES! Communities staff and residents, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed. Your responsibilities will involve leasing rental inventory to qualified applicants, evaluating potential inventory purchases, and ensuring the refurbishment of properties when needed.

Essential Functions:

• Lease rental inventory to qualified applicants
• Evaluate potential inventory purchases for Management review
• Review inventory for refurb needs
• Create and place effective advertising as directed by Management
• Perform leasing office duties as directed by Management
• Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner
• Track and follow up with all prospective residents.
• Create and maintain a positive Community environment
• Communicate policies and procedures
• Ensure a safe work environment
• Follow safety precautions and procedures
• Complete all work in a timely manner, without sacrificing quality
• Maintain professional behavior and considerate conduct towards team members and Community Residents
• Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor
• Saturday work may be required
• Duties subject to change, as deemed appropriate by Management

Required Skills:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Computer Skills including Microsoft Office software products

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior leasing or customer service experience preferred
